This sumptuous high standard villa, built in 2003, is south-facing. It is located in a quiet and residential neighbourhood, near the Valescure golf, tennis and fine sandy beaches. You will enjoy a free view of the Esterel Massif: point of departure of exceptional rides or pedestrian hiking. Its landscaped park is entirely planted with grass and trees of exotic species. It is brightened up by a large pull house with Moroccan lounge for nice evenings between friends or family. Its beautiful tiled pool of 10m x 5m is surrounded by spacious beaches on which mattresses and deckchairs are at disposal. The property is surrounded with a high hedge for a perfect calmness. The rooms are extremely luminous and pleasant to live. The house was completely rearranged in 2009: furniture, beddings, washing machine and dishwasher are new. The grass and the swimming pool are maintained every week.

In high and pick season, rentals last at least 7 nights and begin on Saturday. The accommodations are available the day of arrival from 4.00pm and have to be checked out the day of departure before 10.00am. For the other seasons, the daily rate is calculated as follows: rate per night = 25 Euros per week, with a minimum stay of 2 days. The cleaning rate is mandatory and corresponds to the "normal" maintenance of a house (floors, the bathroom, linen and kitchen). It will be made after you departure. Any damage or additional maintenance will be billed as extra charge.

Solid wood bedding and quality mattresses (Bulltex, Latex and coil springs) are new (October 2009). Sheets, polar bedclothes and pillowcases are at your disposal.
