After the wrought iron gate, a gritted road along the landscaped garden leads to the interior courtyard by the South and the East to the North of the house. On the ground floor: the garage (39 m2) is for 2 cars and gives access to the laundry room. The entrance gate gives access to a big hall (16m2) with sofa bed and opens to the living room (47m2) with leather furniture and a dining room. The eastern side of the house has 2 bedrooms (18 and 13m2), a dressing room (5m2), a shower room (5m2) and 2 separated toilets. The western side has the kitchen (30m2) with a kitchen island and another table in the dining room. From this area, you have access to the wine cellar (8m2), the laundry room (5m2) with washing machine and to the garage. Upstairs: in this area, the staircase leads to the first floor to the mezzanine (television area 12m2) that opens to the suite (bedroom of 20m2, bathroom of 6m2, separated toilets of 2m2, wardrobe of 3m2).
