Photos and Description of this Auriol holiday villa

Our family home is available for rent this year while we're away on a sabbatical. The house has a traditional Mediterranean layout - 240m2 spread out mostly on the ground floor. Our huge living room has terracotta tiles, wooden beams, gigantic fireplace and all the usual mod cons (flat-panel tv, hi-fi, satellite tv, piano, broadband, wi-fi etc) . There is a fully fitted large country kitchen with everything you could possibly need plus a wall-mounted flat panel tv. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus 1 separate wc. Washroom with another large fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. There's an additional 50m2 den downstairs with home cinema, pool table and computer. This area also provides extra sleeping space if necessary. We have a beautiful landscaped terraced garden that is a delight all year round. Our large, walled pool on the terrace below the house is fantastic fun in the summer. If you've got to work while you're away we have an outside garden office, with heating, air-con, wi-fi.

We live in a lovely little residential valley 1 mile out of the village of Auriol, at the base of the Montagne Sainte Baume. Auriol is perfectly situated with its own motorway exit, half-way between Aix-en-Provence and Marseille. There's a twice weekly market in the village square and plenty of small local shops as well as two supermarkets.
