The family holiday house surrounded by a 400 m² of Mediterranean garden is located in the south part of Ciovo, in the bay of Mavarstica. Far away from any pollution, the waterfront, free standing house lies few meters from the gravel beach and is an ideal place for spending relaxing and recreating holidays. This is a 2 story house. On the ground floor there is a dining/living room and a kitchen, a double room and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a large living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and terrace 20 m². The rooms on the second floor allow quiet moments even for numerous families. The kitchen is new and fully equipped. The furniture is modern and comfortable. In the dining/living room there is a sofa bed and there are seats for 8 people. The living room on the first floor accommodates 6 people and it has a TV, an extra bed and a breakfast table for 4 people. On the ground floor terrace there is a large table for 8 people, and a barbecue in the shade of pine trees.

Okrug Gornji and Mavarstiica Bay can be reached by car, over the bridge of Trogir, on a regional road. The city of Trogir is located near the Adriatic highway which connects the south of Croatia with European countries. The international airport ''Split'' is only 3 km far from Trogir. Medieval town of Trogir with numerous fish restaurants, coffee bars and evening events offers a rich night life. 100 meters from the house, there is diving club. Tennis courts and other sport activities are in within a few kilometres from the house. Supermarkets, post office, exchange office, doctor and pharmacy are on 500 meters distance. 50 kilometres away you will find Sibenik and the National Park Krka and Kornati. The ancient towns of Split and Salona are 35 kilometres from the house. From Trogir, there are lot of boat excursions to the nearest islands and once a week a bus excursion to Dubrovnik. From Split there are many quick boat connections with islands of Brac and Hvar for one day excursions.

Private, quiet - but near town.

Yes, everything was clean, well-maintained, and the info is accurate. The house is in a lovely location, easy to walk to a small town - with grocery store, pizzeria, cafes. It's easy to get to the mainland, so it has the advantages of being on an island without the disadvantages. There's a ferry to Split, or it's an easy drive. Trogir is beautiful - Split, too. Unfortunately, we had lots of rain and wind during our stay, but the house is right in front of the beach, (pebble) and you can walk easily along the coast. The roads in the settlement are tiny - beware!
We loved having the house and garden to ourselves. It's quiet, and private, and sunsets and sunrises on the patio are beautiful. Very peaceful - nicer (I think) than any place else we saw along the coast! The stone building is a little more historical than much of the new construction, but with all conveniences. And Srdjana is very nice - we would have enjoyed spending more time with her!

Dear Srdana,
we have enjoyed very much jour nice house and the beautiful warm sea. The island Ciovo and the City of Trogir both are very picturesque. On hot days the trees in the garden spend a good shade. Highly recommended sommer site!
