Located at floor 2 of an ancient three-storeyed building, without lift. SERVICES PROPOSED : - Linen pack : 20 euros person - Departure cleaning : 30 euros - French breakfast at the " Hotel Anna Livia " located at 3 meters of the entrance of your building (+9 euros pers) DISCOUNT : THE THIRD WEEKS AT 250 euros DETAIL OF THE EQUIPMENT : - 2 comfortable convertible sofas (BZ for one person : 80cm), - 1 little kitchen, - 1 independant toilet, - 1 shower room, - TV LCD screen, Air conditionned, double windows, electrical blinds, washing machine, micro-wave, air dryer. IN OPTION : - VIP services at the Royal Beach, located at 2 minutes of the studio : a parasol, sunbathes and a daily lunch booked just for you, for all your stay - Diner at the restaurant located at the ground floor of the studio.

Situation : Address : 18 rue Victor Cousin - 2 minutes walk from the Croisette and its beaches - 2 minutes from the famous Rue d'Antibes (temple of shopping !) - 5 minutes from the Palais des Festivals of Cannes with its famous congresses and International Festivals (MIPIM, MIPCOM, TAX-FREE, Cannes Films Festival, MIPTV, etc). The "Carré d'Or" is an a typical area of Cannes with a lot of animations: lounge bars, coffee bar, tapas, restaurants, etc... You will appreciate the evenings outside, seated on a cumfortable sofa, with a lounge music and a glass of cocktail or champagne!! The morning, the street is very quiet so you can sleep!! And in any case, there is double windows at this studio and the evening, the music is not loud. And of course, you can have your private area on the Royale Beach for a VIP treatment!!!
