A well equipped apartment in a small development with good amenities comprising of 2 bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, a modern well equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, oven hob and microwave. The laundry is off the kitchen and houses the washing machine and ironing facilities. The terrace overlooks the shared pool and garden area and has patio furniture, a sun lounger and pull out drying rack. The airy lounge has the benefit of quality leather sofas, 22 inch Satellite TV and traditional wooden dining furniture. The master bedroom has two 3ft beds placed together with a 6ft headboard and matching side tables, a full length mirror and stylish ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two 3ft beds and full length mirror. There is a reserved parking space outside. The apartment has adequate bedding, seating, crockery, etc. to suite a maximum occupancy of 4. All linen and bathroom towels are provided.

The popular resort of Miraflores is well situated being just 20min from Malaga, l5min to Marbella (buses run every half an our in either direction from the main Caraterra. The infamous town of Puerto Banus, with its fabulous boats and beaches and magnificent views of La Concha mountains is just 20min away. Travel a little beyond to soak up the history of Spain in Granada, Seville or Cordoba. There is a great choice of activities close by including water sports, GOLF, tennis and horse riding, the later being run by British and German owners to a very high standard where safety is of primary importance, as well as swimming, sunbathing and shopping. There are a variety of restaurant, and supermarkets. Children love the area particularly because of the various splash parks, Tivoli world.   • Good sized bathrooms with pale beige tiling floor to ceiling and marble flooring. There is a shower facility and bidet. The addition of glass shelving, plug point for hair dryer and shaver, waste bin and over sink mirror is enhanced with the addition of down lighting.

  • The main bedroom has two single beds pushed together with individual bed linen but with a single throw brought together with a 6ft headboard. The curtains are light and floaty giving an air of lightness to the room. There are, however, external blinds to keep out the morning sun! There is also a full length mirror and deep wardrobes across one wall with a movable shelving unit. Bedroom 2 had two single beds separated by a small bedside table. Again the curtains are light weight. The throws are cotton and a dark navy. Again there is a wall mirror and deep wardrobe with adjustable shelving. Both bedrooms have overhead fans with dual speed. The main bedroom has a movable heater.

Notes: The apartment is situation high up from the main motorway and the road running along is a dead end so there is very little traffic. There are two supermarkets close by, several restaurants and bars. Just 5 minutes walk away there is a large pool with restaurant facilities where families are welcome. Five minutes further and you are by the sea where there is a great selection of eateries. The main market in the area can be accessed by bus and is well worth a visit. Tours, activities and car hire are easily arranged through The Miraflores centre.
