This estate is situated on the slopes of the Chianti hills enclosed by vineyards and woods not far from a small hamlet. Several annexes have been converted into approx. 10 typical apartments whilst the owner lives in the main house. The swimming pool (approx. 100 m away) is surrounded by a beautiful panoramic terrace with a smaller one (5x10 m) located closer to the apartments. It is possible to purchase the home-produced olive oil and "Chianti Classico" wine and to periodically visit the wine cellar. Access: motorway A1 Firenze - Roma, exit number "Firenze Certosa" 25 km from Greve in Chianti. Then road Firenze - Siena - (San Casciano). Access by train Firenze - Roma. Railway station "Figline Valdarno" 20 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Firenze (FLR) 40 km.
