Typical tuscan farmhouse that has been recently renovated and which lies on one of the hills on the edge of Chianti which look over the Arno river valley. The four apartments are completely independent of each other and have been equipped with every possible convenience and furnished with good taste. Outside, on a natural terrace with a lovely view, there are private areas with garden furniture and a shared swimming-pool from which you can enjoy the superb view. There is a private wood which is also lit up at night and where you can go for short walks or read a book. Adjacent to it is a small football or volleyball field and a small playground for children. The property is 5 km from San Polo, a small village with food shops and a restaurant and about 19 km from Greve in Chianti and 20 km from Florence, at a good starting-point for quick trips to the art cities and to the best sights in Chianti. It has a lovely square with portico where occasionally there hold an antiques market. Well-known, historical resort with 2'700 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, 30 km south from Firenze, 40 km north from Siena. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Access: motorway A1 Firenze - Roma, exit number "Firenze Certosa" 25 km from Greve in Chianti. Then road Firenze - Siena - (San Casciano). Access by train Firenze - Roma. Railway station "Figline Valdarno" 20 km.
