In the heart of Nice Old Town, a boutique and historic destination, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops are only a stone's throw away, 3 room duplex apartment, fourth floor, up to 6 people. A charming and unusual duplex apartment, 3 rooms, decorated in Chinese style. Recently restored, soundproof and fully air-conditioned, this apartment is on the fourth and last floor in a walk-up building. Downstairs: shower room with wash basin and WC, open plan and fully equipped American kitchen overlooking the dinning room, living area with sofa, single sofa bed and TV, a bedroom with joined twin beds and a large cupboard with mirror. There is a spiral staircase to go upstairs. Upstairs: a double bedroom with roof windows and the ceiling height is from 1m to 1.80m, there is 1 single bed, 1 bathroom with tub, double wash basins, toilets, a washing and drying machine. Ideal for family holidays.
