Villa di Cozzano is a villa from the 15th century, which has been modified twice, before the 19th century and then again at the beginning of the 20th century. The villa is situated in a panoramic position in the Val di Chiana, 16 km south of Arezzo, 15 km from Cortona and less than 3 km from Castiglion Fiorentino (with all kinds of services). The villa lies amidst a property of 8 hectares, surrounded by the garden with a furnished outdoor area for having meals outside and the pool. There is a parking inside of the park. The house is elegantly furnished with antique furniture. Villa di Cozzano is an ideal point of departure for excursions throughout Tuscany as well as Umbria, but is also perfect for a relaxing holiday. The gardeners live in a separate wing of the villa, nevertheless they are not at disposal for any kind of maid service. Guests are kindly asked to leave the property before 8:30 am on Saturday morning.
