This beautiful house is newly built and furnished to a high standard. It is only 50 meters to the award winning, sandy beach with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. The property is set in landscaped gardens and a 100m swimming pool with seated area and showers. Marbella is only 5 minutes drive and Puerto Banus is only 15 minutes away for a great night out and spot the celebrity. The house has air con/ heating and comprises of 2 double and 1 twin bedrooms (1 en-suite) and 1 Shower room. A fully equiped kitchen with all modern equipment. Beautiful sea views from the private solarium on the top level and a private patio for al fresco dinning on the ground level. Each bedroom has it's own balcony. A weekly bed linen and bath towels change is carried out by our management team. This is a non smoking house. No animals allowed.

Just on the outskirts of Marbella but only 50 meters from the beautiful sandy beach, this is the perfect location for your family holiday. A taxi can be requested to collect you at Malaga airport just 35 minutes away or we can advise on car hire. The E15 auto or A7 (Formally N340) coast road via Fuengirola brings you to this well located property.There is a very good taxi and bus service for those who do not wish to drive. In Puerto Banus there are many day trips on offer and for the more adventurous try a high speed catamaran to Tangiers which departs from Tarifa and Algeciras several times a day.

The aqua-park at Fuengirola is excellent with an aquarium,dolphin trips and shopping. The Selwo safari park in Estepona is well worth a visit as is Marbella for a great night out or a visit to the Old Town.Funny beach, just minutes away is great for the kids with go-carting for everyone. In winter you can ski on Sierra Nevada which is only 2 hours drive away. The old town of Marbella is worth a visit as are the many shops and restaurants. The Pablo Picasso museum is now open and well worth a visit. Why not take a day trip to Gibraltar and see the Barbary apes or go surfboarding at Tarifa and see the massive breakers and wonderful sand-dunes.

Your holiday home is situated in a community with sub-tropical gardens, swimming pool and only 50 meters walk to the beach and restaurants. Book early on a Sunday as it is Paella day for the locals. The local supermarket is a short walk away as is the auto-bank, news agents, chemist and all water sports and of course sun bathing where you can hire a sun bed at you favourite chirinquitos.
