Miniato (4km), in an excellent position within easy reach of all the most important historic and cultural centres. Florence is 38 km. away, Pisa 35, Siena 55, Lucca 45 and S. Gimignano 40, while the beaches of Viareggio and Tirrenia are just 35-45 minutes away by car. The house is located in the centre of a private property, surrounded by fields, vineyards and woodland. Within the estate attractive footpaths offer opportunities for long country walks and jogging, while guests may also enjoy trekking, excursions by mountain bike and a pool.
