Lovely country house built at the end of last century near the medieval town of Peccioli. Surrounded by olive-groves, La Nicchiaia is situated in a fine spot in the hills with a good view at the end of a drive line with pine-trees. The house has been restored and tastefully furnished in typical tuscan style and offers an ideal spot for families or groups of friends. Out front there is a terrace with barbecue pit. The extensive furnished garden with a pool offers peace and quiet surrounded by nature. Art cities like Volterra (28 km) and Pisa (40 km) are within quick and easy reach. Small pets allowed cottage "La Nicchiaia", renovated, surrounded by trees and fields 5 km from the centre of Peccioli, 30 km from the centre of Volterra, 45 km from the centre of Pisa, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill, in the countryside.
