This typical country house is part of a small hamlet in the middle of the untouched nature of the "Alta Meremma" nature reserve south of Siena. Its fantastic location above the Farma valley gives wide views of the surrounding woods rustic cottage "Il Casale", renovated 2 km from the centre of Iesa, 12 km from the centre of Monticiano, 30 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet position on a slope, 20 m from the woods edge. Private: garden with flowers and trees, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating. (200 m via unmade road). Parking in the grounds. Grocers 2 km, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 2 km, thermal baths 5 km. The River Farma flows about 1 km away - one can bathe in its clear waters.
