Situated on a hill with a wonderful panoramic view as far as the sea and the Gilgio and Montecristo islands, dominating on the medieval villages of Montemerano and Saturnia (approx 8 km). The beaches of Argentario and the Parco dell'Uccellina (park) are 35 km away. Also nearby the hot waters of Saturnia with termal pools and natural water falls. The property is located in the heart of the Maremma, in an area with ancient Etruscan remains and easy links to Siena and the rest of Tuscany. La Gattaiola borders on one side with the owners who rarely stay there, it is suitable also for 2 families which wish to keep some privacy.
