Borgo Monticelli is a tiny hamlet dated back to 1100. There are 18 apartmets all recently renovated. The oldest part, where the holiday apartmets are, is considered of high artistic and historical value therefore under regulation of the Arts Ministry. The oldest part consists of the 3 watch towers overlooking the valley. It is situated 25 minutes from Tuscany and all main attraction of Umbria and Tuscany are nearby. Riding centre and golf courses nearby. On request: breakfast in the gotic hall. House "Borgo Monticelli" 30 km from the centre of ASSISI, 14 km from the centre of PERUGIA, 70 km from the centre of SIENA. For shared use: garden, swimming pool (16 x 6 m, 01.06.-25.09.). Parking by the house. Railway station "PERUGIA" 13 km. Main town of the Umbria region with university and historic town centre. Bathing and water sports on Lake Trasimeno 10 km away. Cinema, restaurants, discotheques, museum, historical attractions. Indoor pool, tennis, golf, swimming pool. 1-room apartment 100 m2 on 2 levels on 2nd floor: large lounge with panoramic window with 1 sofa bed and open fireplace. Kitchenette. Bath/shower.
