The holiday farm Il cappuccio is situated in elevated position on the hills dominatiing the Alta Valle del tevere, the river Tiber valley, only 10 km from Tuscany. Is set on a farm with 22 ha grounds at 600 m above sea level, with vineyards, olive groves, forest and a small lake (fishing). There are 2 outbuildings, divided into apartments. On our book we have 5 apartments in one of the outbuildings, each one has private entrance and private outdoor. Farm "Il Cappuccio" 4 km from the centre of Città di Castello, 20 km from the centre of Sansepolcro, 45 km from the centre of Perugia, in the countryside.
