Nice villa "Villa Lidia", surrounded by trees, in a quiet position on top of a hill, in the countryside. Stepped path (90 steps) to the house. Villa LIdia consist in a charming stone house with 6000 m2 grounds on a hill. 20 minutes on foot from the famous "Piazzetta", on the historical and archeological hill of Tiberio's villa. From the house there is a nice view of the sea andthe island of Ischia. From the 2 view points is possible to see a bit of Villa Curzio Malaparte and the sea towards Sardinia. Beach is approx 20 minutes away including a short trip by funicular. Water is provided by 5 cisterns, oil heating included in theprice. The isle of Capri is situated in the southern part of the golf of Naples, opposite the peninsular of Sorrento - 5 kms. Made up of Capri and Anacapri, the island offers wild coastal areas, with many interesting little caves. An excursion departs Anacapri, for the "Grotte bleue". Points of interest: la place Umberto - where the locals meet, the Palazzo Cerio and the Chartreuse de St Giacomo. Private cars are not allowed on the island - all vehicles must be left in the parking area near the port. 4-room house 200 m2, on the ground floor, nice and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with open fireplace, satellite-TV, CD-player and stereo unit. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm), exit to the veranda. 1 double bedroom. 1 large double bedroom, exit to the veranda. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, freezer). Bath/bidet/WC, shower/WC. 2 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. The large double bedroom opens onto the living room with an arch. Deck chairs and 2 woodden sun loungers. A pleasant pergola for dining al fresco with pizza oven and stone barbeque in line with the style of the house.
