Additional information about rental rates

  • A security deposit of £100 will be required which is returnable following an inspection by our agent.  Supplements are charged for more than two guests renting the property of £10 per person in respect of cleaning and laundry charges.  Air conditioning is an optional extra at £30 per week. The rental includes a weekly cleaning and linen service and fresh linen and towels are provided in the second week for guests staying two weeks. Guests are requested to bring their own towels for the beach.
