Rent a villa in Umbria. Beautiful recently restored stone farmhouse situated in quiet and panoramic location on the hills surrounding Orvieto. The villa is part of a large, private and fenced estate surrounded by a pine forests and Mediterranean bushes. Rent a villa in Umbria to enjoy the wonderful views over a valley and the tastefully furnished in typical Tuscan style. The villa is provided with mosquito nets. Pets are allowed.
Distances: Colonnetta with food shops 3 km, the charming medieval town of Orvieto with all kinds of shops 16 km, Todi 30 km, Perugia 45 km, Rome approx. 100 km.
At guests’ disposal: private equipped garden, private swimming-pool (9 x 4.5 m – maximum depth 1.4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) situated in panoramic position, barbecue. Iron available. Parking within the grounds. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road, which is anyway not suitable to low cars.
Extra services: upon request it is possible to hire a baby cot (€ 20,- / per week) or extra bed (€ 20,- / per week), both to be paid on the spot.Tuscan dinners, cooking classes, wine tasting, Pastry lessons and tasting can be organised on request.
