This detached, NON ESTATE Villa 'CASA VERDE' has an 8 X 4 meter Private Pool set in a pretty garden stocked with tropical plants. The Villa is on a quiet road overlooking the sea and within a five minute casual walk of the beach, local coastal train station, supermarket and the village square with restaurants, bars and swings for the children.The Villa has a magnificent half glazed terrace approximately 40' long by 14' wide overlooking the sea which is beautifully furnished and ideal for a holiday, summer or winter. The Villa has A/C with heaters. The sitting room has sea views, SKY TV/DVD/CD/RADIO. The kitchen overlooks the pool, is well equiped including a dish washer/fridge/freezer/elec.oven/ gas & elec. hob. The washing machine is housed in the pool side bathroom . The Villa, is private, extremely comfortable, secure and suitable for families with children or couples. With three dedicated bedrooms the Villa sleeps 6 adults; plus a cot,child's bed,baby bath and high chair.

Additional information about rental rates

  • To make a reservation we require a non refundable deposit of 20% with the non refundable balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to occupancy. We also advise that entry to the Villa is 16.00 pm hours on the day of arrival with departure at 10.00 am hours to facilitate the change over cleaning, however as soon as the cleaning is complete then entry is immediate. Luggage can be stored at guests own risk and do contact us if you have either a late or early arrival or departure times. Transfers to and from the airport are available and a representative is available for guests at all times. Payment by personal cheque or bank transfer.
  • Afee of GB Pound100 will be charged for all reservations to cover the utilities, being gas, electricity, air conditioning and heating, the end of stay final clean and laundry service.
    All linen and towels provided (beach towels not provided).
  • 10% DISCOUNT FOR BOOKINGS OF 3 WEEKS AND OVER (COMPLETE WEEKS) AND FOR RETURNING GUESTS.

Notes: Smoking is not permitted in the Villa but no problem from the terrace or gardens. There are 6 sun chairs for the pool area in the rear garden. The front of the Villa has a very large and beautifully equipped terrace over looking the Med. Placed on that terrace are an occasional table with 6 wicker chairs. A large Castillian dining table with 6 chairs; and a six seater cushioned wicker sectional settee with a matching wicker coffee table. Inside the Villa there are an additional 6 dining chairs and a glass topped dining table in the kitchen. The villa is light and airy fitted with air conditioners with heating facilities; and beautifully furnished with attractive fittings and lovely art work. We have tried to create a relaxing and comfortable holiday retreat, in the very much 'Home from Home' style. Most things lovingly brought over from the UK.

Lots of positive features about this villa but for me the best was the seaview which was constantly changing as sunshine, storms and mist swept across the bay. It made the villa a very peaceful place to stay despite its proximity to all those facilities one needs on holiday.

Great time happy memories.

We had a fantastic weeks holiday in this stunning villa which was very well presented and very comfortable. My husband and I spent most of our time relaxing on the terrace, whilst our two girls enjoyed playing around in the pool. We holidayed without a car, but the village had everything we required - a village shop with freshly baked baguettes everyday, a choice of restaurants in the village square and swings to keep the girls happy whilst we finished our meal with a glass of wine. And the local train was great fun. Just perfect.

Lovely compact villa

Lovely compact villa, beautiful sea view with a covered terrace on which it was a pleasure to have our meals. The pool, in retrospect, was a disappointment as it lacked a deep end suitable for diving.
The kitchen was well equipped and the AC worked a treat.
It was lovely to have three bathrooms, however only one had a shower with thermostatic controls suitable for children. The property photos only show the master bedroom for understandable reasons.
The local shop is friendly and stocked with the essentials.
The shops in Campello had a better and cheaper range of goods. The market in Campello on Wednesday mornings is a must with local fresh fruit and vegetables galore at very reasonable prices.
We did not hire a car. The local trams were clean, efficient, punctual and easy to use.
The San Juan( Muchavista) beach is a gem and only
15 mins by tram.
The owner was very helpful and gave us lots of tips on the area and its points of interest.
I might make a useful suggestion to the owner and urge her
to provide a small 'welcome pack' of food essentials as the local minimarket has limited opening hours. Also, a map of Campello with addresses of supermarkets
eg Mercandona would be useful.

A hidden gem in Costa Blanca

We highly recommend this villa in Coveta Fuma for families that want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the other villages on Costa Blanca. Coming back to Coveta Fuma after a day at the beach or exploring the mountains inland was always so comforting and welcoming. We do recommend a car as the small cove beach at Coveta Fuma was not ideal for us, and we wanted a car to be able to explore the area beyond the train line. We went to the Fonts d'Algar (waterfalls you can swim in) and Terra Mitica (theme park based on ancient civilizations) and the old mountain town of Guadelest, and Coveta Fuma was a great central location for all adventures, easily accessible from the autovia, but tucked away from all the traffic.

The Villa itself was very well equipped and the pool was fabulous. The clothes line was well appreciated as our towels always had a place to dry since we were in the pool several times a day. The enclosed porch was a great place to eat meals and the constant breeze made the July heat tolerable. The view is outstanding!

In the village square, we highly recommend the Plaza Restaurant (get the Sole Meurniere!) and the Tapas restaurant nextdoor.

One of the best things about this rental is Jackie, the owner. She was so helpful before our trip and always accessible by email for my questions as I navigated the US banks who don't always make it easy to send Euros or Pounds overseas! Richard, the caretaker, was also so helpful when we met him upon check in. The place was spotless and comfortable, and the DVD collection kept our two girls (9 and 12) very happy after long days of adventure.

We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family!

Well equipped villa with wonderful pool and a fantastic terrace overlooking the sea towards El Campello. All you could want of a holiday home is here. Only a few minutes walk to the restaurants in the village square the train station and well stocked supermarket. The train is so convenient and cheap that there is no need to hire a car.
This was our third visit to Coveta Fuma but the first in Casa Verde - would definately recommend this villa.
