This property, offering extensive views over the surrounding landscape, has been completely restored with its original architectural features preserved and turned into 4 nice apartments, all of which tastefully furnished in a Tuscan style.
Distances: Tavarnelle with all kinds of shop 1,5 km (walking distance), Florence 25 km, Siena 35 km, the charming medieval town of San Gimignano approx. 20 km. A secondary road passes nearby.
At guests’ disposal: large equipped garden, swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – maximum dept. 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/10), private furnished outdoor area for each apartment. Iron available.
Extra services: maid service available by arrangement (to be paid on the spot). Baby bed available on request. 90 m2.
Ground floor: large living-room (satellite TV) with double sofa-bed and 2 single beds, dining area and kitchen corner (oven, freezer, washing-machine), 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms each with shower.
