Charming former stone barn with private pool situated in peaceful location south of Siena, amidst the beautiful hills of the Crete Senesi area. The house has been skilfully restored preserving its original architectural features and turned into a comfortable country accommodation offering tastefully furnished interiors. This nice property enjoys extensive views over the surrounding hills and valleys.
Distances: Castelmuzio with all kinds of shops 3 km, Montisi 4 km, Pienza 20 km, Sinalunga approx. 20 km, the town of Montalcino renowned for its excellent Brunello wine 30 km, Siena approx. 50 km.
At guests’ disposal: large private furnished garden, private swimming-pool (7,80 x 5,20 m – max. depth 1,50 m - open from 01/06 to 30/09), barbecue, table tennis. All windows are provided with screens. Washing-machine and ironing facilities available. The access to the property is via an unpaved road not suitable for sports cars. Parking within the grounds.
Extra services: maid service available by arrangement (payment on the spot). Baby bed available on request € 25, / per week payable locally. Pets are allowed with an extra charge of Euro 50,- / per pet / per week (to be paid on site). Upon request it is possible to organise hot air balloon trips, visit to local festivals, cheese, oil and wine tastings.
