Nice farm holidays situated in a quite and panoramic position in the countryside around Città di Castello. The property has been recently restored preserving its original architectural features and turned into 2 apartments set in two different buildings at 20 mt of distance from one and other.
Distances: Croci di Castiglioni with food shops at 500 m, Città di Castello with all kind of shops at 11 km, Monterchi at 15 km, Arezzo at 45 km, Perugia at 55 km, Assisi at 60 km.
At guests’ disposal: large garden equipped with garden furniture and swimming-pool (15 x 8 m – max. depth. 1,5 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) shared with the owners. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well maintained road. Parking within the grounds. Pets are allowed.
Extra services: extra bed available on request (to be paid locally).

Arrivals on Sundays or on public holidays are not accepted 160 m2.
Mezzanine ground floor: large living-room , kitchen corner (oven) and dining area, a twin-bedded room, a three bedded room, bathroom with shower.
