Beautiful farmhouse surrounded by woods and olive groves, situated in quiet and panoramic location on the hills around Florence (10 km away). The villa has been recently restored preserving its original architectural features and turned into a private comfortable country accommodation offering tastefully furnished interiors:nice pictures and precious furnitures give a special touch to the typical Tuscan style . The owners of the property live in a restored barn situated next to the villa.
Distances: the small village of San Martino alla Palma with food shops 1,5 km, Scandicci with all kinds of shops 5 km, Florence centre 10 km, Pisa (airport) approx. 60 km. The location is ideal to visit the most beautiful and renowned area of Tuscany.
At guests’ disposal: beautiful terraced garden offering panoramic views, above-ground swimming-pool (5,3 x 2,8 m – maximum depth 1,2 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue. Laundry with washing-machine and ironing facilities available. Parking within the grounds. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx. 800 m.
Extra services: baby bed available free of charge. Extra bed available on request ( € 80,- / per week). Internet access available at € 30,- / per week. By arrangement the owners of the villa organize for their guests nice Tuscan dinners. 360 m2.
