The South Seas Tower IV, #1809 is an updated, nicely furnished and well-cared for two bedroom, 2 bath condominium. The unit offers forever views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.
This two bedroom condominium provides accommodations for up to 6 guests; a king bed in the master suite, and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room as well. A second full bath with tub/shower combination is in the condo.
The condo is fully furnished, with everything you need for your vacation! The South Seas is a gated community with 24-hour guard on duty. There is a large swimming pool, covered parking and exercise room. Tennis courts may be rented on an hourly basis; fee applies. A boardwalk leads out from the manicured grounds to the beach. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Condo, Air Conditioning, Pool Heated, Garage/carport, Elevator, Coin Operated Laundry, South Seas on the Gulf, Southern Exposure, TV, VCR and/or DVD Player, Beachfront, Fitness Room.
