Luxury holiday apartments in the sought-after seaside area of Xifias - Monemvasia, and just 3 miles south of the famous Castle of Monemvasia, the so called 'Gibraltar of the Mediterranean'. Ideally located just 100 meters from the best beaches of the area. The Complex boasts a large swimming pool with hydromasage section for adults and a separate smaller pool for children. The complex is located in a quiet and picturesque area and it is ideal for couples and families looking for something out of the ordinary from their vacations. The residents of the complex can enjoy the spectacular view at the top of the Monemvasia Castle. It takes about 45 mins to reach to the top but the sea and country view is worth the effort. The beaches close to the complex are ideal for watersports and windsurfing. The Monemvasia's unspoilt environment and rich history captured the imagination of many artists and writers; many articles have been published for this little corner of the earth.

The Studio apartment has a total floor area of 30 square meters (330 sq ft) and it is fully equipped with a kitchenette and air-conditioning. All the necessary cutlery is provided and also a baby cot can be arranged at no extra cost. All the apartments are equipped with satellite TV and internet access (dial up).The Studio apartments have a large balcony area with panoramic sea views, where the residents can enjoy a spectacular sunset. Furthermore, the residents can enjoy the large garden areas of the complex with a drink next to the swimming pool. In just 50 meters from the apartments there is a convenience store for the everyday needs. Excellent traditional taverns are within walking distance.
