The Winterberry home is a nicely furnished, comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront home. The home has a screen lanai, complete with swimming pool and spill-over spa. There is a boat dock and, the home features southern exposure with access to the Gulf of Mexico through Caxambas Pass.
The home is well suited for a relaxed vacation, with a king bed in the master suite and, a queen bed in each of the guest bedrooms. The home has a kitchen, dinette and family room combined, as well as a formal living room and dining room.
You'll be located in the South Beach area of the island, within walking distance to the Art League of Marco Island, Maro Walk (featuring shops, restaurants and a movie theatre), major resort hotels and to a public beach access. Turnday: Any.
