A premium 3-level townhome in the Stony Creek Lagoons complex, just next to Marketplace in Village North, this property has just completed a total renovation featuring leather furniture, slate floors, granite work surfaces and brand new kitchen and bathrooms. It also offers a private hot tub off the upper deck.

The ground floor features a spacious entrance way with heated slate flooring, a comfortable bench and storage space for skis, boots and outerwear. Upstairs is the main kitchen, dining and living area, all brand new, with wooden ceilings, built in LCD television, fireplace and comfortable sofas. The kitchen features top of the range appliances and polished granite surfaces.

Stairs lead up to the second floor, where the master bedroom has a queen and ensuite cutting-edge bathroom, while the second bedroom has 2 twins. This level also has an additional bathroom and access to the private hot tub on the balcony.
