Entry is on the ground floor, with a spacious living area including comfortable seating around the river rock fireplace on several sofas and armchairs, an ultramodern kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and a spacious dining area which will seat 8 people comfortably. Stools at the kitchen bar provide an additional eating area or just somewhere to chat to the cook. Outside there is a private hot tub amid a spacious lawned area with distant views.

This level also includes a den with sofa bed and TV and a full laundry and a full bathroom. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, the master with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen and the third bedroom with two twins.

Montebello is a great location if you want a luxurious, comfortable home within a few minutes walk of the Village.
