Located in a cul-de-sac only 1km from the ' Blue Flag' beach of Castelo, with its own beach bar restaurant. Accommodation: On the ground floor the lounge dining room has digital satellite TV with BBC and free to air channels & a video. There is a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster and washing machine. There is a small bedroom with two small beds suitable for children,a bathroom with a walk in shower and a twin bedroom. On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms and bathroom. There is an alarm system and a safe and a metered telephone. The 3 principal bedrooms and the lounge have air conditioning which can be for heating and cooling. There is a swimming pool approximately 7m x 3.5 with extensive surrounding terraces, including a brick BBQ and shower.

Car: not necessary
Villa Claire is only 1km from the ' Blue Flag' beach of Castelo, with its own beach bar restaurant and the nice small beach Evaristo with its exclusive seafood restaurant. Further there are many restaurants and bars in the area, some within walking distance. It is just a few minutes drive to some other beautiful Algarve beaches. The Galé beach which is 5kms long and the beautiful sandy coves: Coelho, São Rafael and São Lourenço which are all with beach bar restaurants. Albufeira town is 6 kms away. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Guia town is 5kms and is famous for many good value restaurants specialising in chicken piri piri. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling. The nearest supermarket is 1.3 km away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Discounts available for low occupancy (up to 4 persons) for low and mid season. Changeover day: Saturday. Clients must leave the villa by 10:00 am. Prices shown are for up to 6 persons. A 7th and 8th person (should be a child) can be accommodated for £ 75 per week.
    Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week.
    Booking via e-mail. First payment: 25%, within 10 days after the booking. Remaining 75% (last payment) within 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £150 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.
    You can pay by either cheque or bank transfer. If you prefer to pay by credit or debit card, this can be done via our manager, but there is a 1.5% surcharge for credit card payments - no charge for debit cards.
  • Air conditioning is included.
  • We also arrange car hire and airport transfer, please ask for prices.
