Recently remodeled apartment-villa(Duplex) in the heights of Nice, with an amazing view, to the mountains and the Mediterranean. Very nice terraced garden. Two air-conditioned rooms,with carpet in the floor; double bathrooms, two WC, big closets. A very nice veranda to enjoy the view, just sitting or exercising. Full furnished kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood. Perfect for seniors. Or just if you appreciate to be in the Côte D'Azur, close to everything but wants in to relax and enjoy the weather . There are few good restaurants around.To shopping you can reach very quickly a market by car or bus. There is a convent just behind. The house is very clear, sunny, and wonderful view.
