Layout of the Villa:
The main living area and three of the bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the same level as the patio and pool. The living room is very large, and at one end there is an attractive dining recess with a circular glass table. In the lounge area of the living room there are double doors to a balcony with wonderful views. The master bedroom has a very large double bed, a private balcony, and en suite bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower, WC, and two washbasins. A double bedroom and twin-bedded room share the second bathroom. The fourth bedroom is accessed by outside steps, and has a double bed, two single beds and an en suite bathroom. Double doors from the lounge, and a door from the kitchen, lead to the covered patio, with wrought iron dining table and chairs, and the large walled pool area, with barbecue.

Whatever time of the day or night you arrive in Javea, we have made arrangements for you to be welcomed, and taken and introduced to Villa Pakatoa, so you will not have to worry about following directions and finding your way to the villa, getting lost, looking for keys in obscure places, etc.!
