Located in the old historic town of Antibes 1 minute from the market place and just 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach this recently refurbished luxury apartment has a wealth of charm and character with a large open fireplace and exposed beams. Located on the first floor with large open plan living area with a recently refitted kitchen. One double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Traditional french windows open onto the old market place. Wifi available and English TV. The aprtment is available at a monthly rate for winter bookings.

    WINTER LETS AVAILABLE ON A MONTHLY RATE.
  • The apartment will be cleaned every Saturday during a two week or more stay and a clean set of linen is provided every two weeks. If change of linen is required more frequently this can be done at charge of €100 paid locally to the agent.

No better place to stay in Antibes

The reviews are right, the photos do not do this appartment justice. It is furnished with every "home comfort" you could possibly need for a relaxing break (we've stayed two year runing!!)
The location couldn't be more central seconds away from great restaurants and the beach. Highly recommended.......

This apartment was beyond our expectations! It comfortably slept 6 adults. We enjoyed hanging out in the apartment so much that it was difficult to leave. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and the daily market is less than a 2 minute walk up the street. It is right in the heart of where you want to be in Antibes. The kitchen is amazing. Perfect for cooking all the food you buy at the market. We will definitely return someday. The owner and agent are extremely helpful and trustworthy.

Just got back from a wonderful week at this apartment in Antibes. The photograph of the apartment does not do it justice! The decor and equipment are first class. It stands in an excellent location- 5 minutes walk from the town beach. Lots of local bars and restaurants.The owner was very helpful, and the local agent- Bruno- met us and was very helpful when we arrived and during our stay.
Local bus from Nice airport- ticket 1 euro, also train service. Taxi quite expensive.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definately go again.
