The complex is built on a plot of land at one of the highest points affording panorama views of the Toros mountains, Mediterranean sea and the Sorgun forest. Walking distance to the beach is approximately 10-15 minutes, there is also a free shuttle bus service to the beach upon request which operates on a regular basis.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Accommodation is aimed at families or couples. Not suitable for large single sex groups. Damages/Breakages deposit £100 per week. 25% NON-RETURNABLE payment to secure booking, balance 6 weeks before departure. Transfers to and from the apartments can be arranged for a cost of £60 (4 people). Each additional person is £10. AIRPORT COLLECTION/CHEAP FLIGHTS

Would strongly advise that you book to be picked up from airport and have car delivered to apartment - avoids the difficulty of arriving and not being able to easily find the apartments late at night. For flights see:

CLEANING, LINEN. TOWELS, PAYMENT TERMS

Apartment will be cleaned ready for arrival and after departure. Additional daily or other cleaning can be arranged subject to additional charge - please ask for details. Includes a mid-holiday additional clean for 10 day and 2 week holidays. 6 bath and 6 hand towels will be supplied and all linen, pillows, pillowcases, sheets, duvets (for cooler months). A deposit of 25% is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to secure the apartment for your stay. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before your arrival date. A security deposit of £100 for each week will be required (at the time of the balance payment) against breakages and the return of the key at the end of the holiday. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of the end of your stay (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Changeover dates and times are flexible as long as they don't clash with other bookings. Rental rates include a weekly linen change.

Golf Information:

25 mins drive away from Side is Belek - a purpose built golf area which has 11 golf courses and 5 more in the planning stage. Side is a good compromise location, away from the intense golf resort but near enough to easily visit to play. Enjoy the mix of staying in the ancient atmospheric Side and playing golf in the modern Belek. The golf clubs in Belek are the National Golf Club, Gloria Golf Resort, Antalya Golf Club, Tat Golf Club and Nobilis Golf Club, Cornelia Golf Club. The Gloria and Nobilis Courses, home to the European Seniors' qualifying school and to the Turkish Seniors' Open, are at one end of the resort and offer a superb day's golf. At the other end of the resort, but only ten minutes away are National GC, the oldest Golf Club of Belek a David Feherty design, Tat Golf, 27 holes of glorious golf laid out along a strip between the Med and the Taurus Mountains, and the new Antalya Golf Club with two courses Pasha and Sultan. All courses are impressive with true greens and a host of hazards to test the golfer. 2 NEW COURSES PLANNED FOR SIDE.
