Dining area, recent kitchen. 2 shower rooms & toilets. 3 bedrooms, and additional sitting area on top floor. Wi-Fi S/C 3 bed apt at ground floor makes it ideal for larger groups (altogether could sleep up to 16 people). Hallway with 2 rooms with bunks, leading to living room, kitchenette, wood burning stove. Inner hall with double room plus shower room and toilet Sofa bed. Accessed by private road - chains or 4X4. Ski school and lifts within easy walking distance and visible from our chalet, Part of the new Espace Diamant area links 5 trad stations, using 84 lifts, and 146 pistes covering 185 kms. Notre Dame de Bellecombe is a picturesque village in the Savoie of France, 15 mins drive from Megeve. It is situated above Flumet in the rural Val d'Arly, between Megeve and Albertville. Magnificent undisturbed views. Beside piste. The church has a distinctive bulb-shaped bell tower dating back to the 11th century. An ancient farming community of 11 tiny hamlets, with a permanent population of only 510 people. South facing ski in ski out chalet at 1400m Geneva - Cointrin: (70km)

Beautiful and slightly quirky chalet, full of character. TV free zone. We have plenty of surrounding land to play out on during the day and at night. Idyllically situated with almost total peace and quiet. We are a couple of minutes walk down the piste from the best restaurant in the area.
