This delightful development is adjacent to the 14th Fairway of the Neuvo Portil Golf course and a 10 minute stroll to the stunning beaches with wide expanses of sand. Our house is situated over 3 floors and all bedrooms can have either double or twin beds. The house has 1 patio and 2 further terraces off the bedrooms, all facing south for those long sunny nights. All the balcony's have there own chairs and tables. The house is extensively furnished with all your home comforts including Air Conditioning/Heating. Private underground parking is available for guests. The location is suitable for families, golfers or those seeking a relaxing break in the sun. Our tastefully furnished accommodation is an ideal base for families looking for a little bit of luxury integrated into the real Spain. Suitable for both winter and Summer Holidays. The Large pool on the complex is open from 1st May through to 30th Sept, also has its own children’s pool.

Neuvo Portil is 200 metres from the 120km stretch of virgin beaches. The area features a host of nature as it is set in acres of Pine woodland and is adjacent to Donana National Park which is Europe's largest bird sanctuary. Neuvo Portil has stunning scenery as well as a peaceful ambiance. 5 minutes drive is the tranquil village of El Rompido with its newly built marina and many fine fish restaurants. Heulva a larger city hosting many fine shops, historical sites and familiar Spanish cobbled squares and walkways is only a 15 minute drive away. Excellent access from the motorway weather coming from Portugal, Seville or Heulva. The region houses many golf courses, with 3 18 holes courses within a 5 minute drive of Neuvo Portil. This town really is a jewel in the real Spain away from the noisy Costa's.

Golf Information: The Golf Course at Neuvo Portil is Par 71 ( Three Par 5s, Four Par 3's and Eleven par 4's) with idealic views of the the beaches, ocean and Pine forest.. 5 Minutes away at El Rompido there are two 18 Hole Championship golf courses. Further courses can be found at Islantill, Isla Canela and Bellavista. All within 20 minutes driving time. the courses on the Algarve start within a 30 minute drive, making this an ideal base for a Golfing Holiday. All the courses are of great quality with low prices compared to the more populated Costa's. The course's are also played by few people making the round more enjoyable.

General Information: There are excellent bars, restaurants and cafes within a short distance. Fish Restaurants seem to be the order of the day in this region, served with fine Rioja wines and many local recipes. Close by is the town of Ayamonte on the border with Portugal. Local Tapas bars and shops line the cobbled allies as you wind your way up to the local church. Good quality Fish, Foods, Tapas and wines is to be found in this area of Spain, yet to be truly discovered by the rest of Europe.

A wonderful place with all comforts you need!

Our family has just returned from this property and had an absolutely fantastic holiday. The house is modern, ultra clean and everything you could possibly wish for has been provided for you by Bill and Sandra. The house is a 30 second walk from the developments good sized swimming pool. We were suprised as considering it was peak season the pool was never busy and the constant presence of the friendly lifeguard was reassuring when we had two small children with us. The beach is a short walk away but for the less fit or those of us with young children you can pay to park in the beach car park all day for less than one euro. Good restaurants are abundant and it's a very scenic area generally. All this alongside constant sunshine and 30 degrees every day guaranteed an exceptional relaxing holiday. Looking forward to returning to the house in the near future.
