Quinta dos Cavalos is a privately owned luxury villa 15 mins from Faro airport, in the pretty village of Pechao. Surrounded in its own 17 acres of open countryside, makes it totally peaceful and secluded ensuring complete privacy. Pechao village is a 7 minute walk away and has just about all you need, restaurants, mini supermarket, bank and chemist. Newly refurnished to the highest standard, ideal base for a family holiday. Living area of lounge, dining room and kitchen is open plan, with wood burning stove for the cooler evenings, satellite TV with English channels. Newly fitted kitchen - gas hob, oven, m/wave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Double doors lead from lounge to large outdoor dining terrace overlooking large swimming pool which has walk in steps ideal for kids to sit on and play. Built in BBQ for al fresco dining. There are 2 master bedrooms with king size beds, with French windows leading to pool terrace plus 1 twin & 1 bunk bed room.

Notes: Our villa is located in one of the quietest areas of the Algarve nestled amonst the rolling countryside outside Pechau. A wonderful place to get away from it all due to the peace and quiet. A five minutes walk up a slight hill to Pechau Church, and you will find a local traditional Portuguese Cafe Bar where you can sample delicious, authentic Portuguese cuisine.

Beautiful surrounding area: Many people visit the Algarve to take advantage of its spectacular beaches. Villa Dos Cavalos is just minutes drive from several beautiful beaches, Faro Island is a causeway away and the Islands off Olhao are reached by water taxi or ferry. You can also visit the idyllic Islands of Armona or Farol. There you can enjoy several restaurants and bars or miles of deserted beaches. The local areas also offer many historic attractions including Estoi with its Roman ruins and Palace now a fantastic hotel most defintly worth a visit.Tavira and of course Faro Old Town. The Algarve has the best golfing climate and to match some of the best courses, many within half an hours drive of this beautiful villa. Children will enjoy the amusement and water park plus the famous Zoo Marine. Olhao is a small fishing town, the ideal place to sip a drink and watch the fishermen mend their nets. There is also a traditional Saturday market. Why not take a drive to Spain for a Tapas lunch or dinner.
