The sea is only 300 m as the crow flies and you can walk to it by following along a pathway amidst the olive trees until you reach a small sandy and pebble beach. An internal road passes behind the house, while the apartment lies on the opposite side towards the sea. On the ground floor there is an apartment which is occasionally inhabited by the owner.
