Palm River is a detached 5 bed/3 bath villa, beautifully located in north Naples on a secluded large plot (1/3 of an acre) with superb uninterrupted views across a private golf course. S/W facing with large totally private pool and patio to enjoy the best of the sun and fabulous gulf coast sunsets over a cocktail, BBQ, and dip in the pool. There is a king size bed, two queens and two twin bedrooms. A large lounge/dining room plus a further family room off the fully equipped kitchen. All the necessary appliances are installed and maintained on a 24 hours a day contract. The villa is close to all the areas attractions and amenities, shops (within walking distance), restaurants, I-75 interstate, downtown Naples, and only 5 minutes drive to the beach. Located in a quiet, secure neighbourhood with the manager living close by to ensure a trouble free stay. What more can guests desire.

Superb situation: There can be few villas in Naples or anywhere on the Gulf Coast that have the combined advantages of being almost totally secluded, have uninterrupted views and a south/west aspect to enjoy the climate to it's fullest. The large pool and large lanaid patio from which to enjoy the view are ideal for all day relaxation, evening sunsets, and BBQs. Guests who like fishing have sole fishing access to the creek that runs through the edge of the property. Shallow and safe, about 15 feet wide and full of fish. The villa sits on a large plot ideal for badminton, soccer, etc, and on a no through road, so little traffic. Plus note the full size pool table.

Convinient location: Just one mile from the Interstate that connects Orlando, Tampa and Miami, yet only 5 minutes drive to the popular beach bar of Vanderbilt Inn from which to enjoy the 7 miles of fabulous unspoilt Naples Beach, the villa is perfectly located. A good shopping mall with bars, restaurants, chemist, etc. is barely 10 minutes walk with some superb deli's , especially the bakery with it's own fresh morning bread, donuts, etc Whilst downtown Naples is a right on Immokolee Rd, left on R41 and straight on for about 10 minutes until reaching 5th Avenue.

The Villa: This spacious villa is perfect for 2 to 10 persons, and is fully equipped accordingly to a high standard throughout. With a manager living close by guests are ensured a carefree holiday. Naples retains a quaint charm yet has a wide variety of things to see and do. It also boasts the best year round climate in Florida. No wonder it's the premiere choice for so many, be it golfers, families, or those just wanting to chill out. Guests also benefit from on site management to ensure a carefree vacation.

Although an older villa, once a model home we are told, it clearly has had many improvements and was just perfect for our large family. Lots for all the children to do, and a qiuet safe location. We loved the sunsets and views.
It was great getting up in the morning and walking to the bakery where they had fresh bread, donuts, etc, Wonderful.
The manager, Michael, made himself known to us on day one. That was reassuring. AND we even got a discount on the TIn City Boats that saved us $70. We will be back
