Our 1 bedroom ground floor apartment which sleeps up to 4/6 has a large lounge, kitchen /diner, bathroom, and terrace and has recently been refurbished. The apartment is situated in beautifully maintained gardens, with a beautiful large swimming pool which has sun loungers, children’s play area, bars and café. The pool is cloverleaf design with a children's area, which narrows and flows into deeper areas for swimmers. The pool and complex has ramps and hand rails for disabled users. It is only a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket, banks, taxis, buses and 10 minute walk to beautiful sandy beaches. The apartment is on the ground floor and has fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and TV for DVD use only. Linen and towels are provided. There is also a private deeper pool which is ideal for experienced swimmers. The quiet spacious complex has something for everyone.

Nearest Beach: beach at 0.5 Kilometres

Our apartment is in the coastal resort town of Costa Teguise located 5 miles from the capital, Arrecife, and 10 miles from the airport. It is part of the Los Molinos complex, designed by famous artist Cesar Manrique, and is comprised of individually designed residential, timeshare, and privately owned rented apartments. We are centrally located to visit all areas of the island A footpath takes you to the beach (10 minutes)and a further 10 minute walk along the coast to the town centre. Costa Teguise has a water park and golf course. Scheduled buses to Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen and tour buses to Teguise Sunday market and various tourist locations depart nearby. If you hire a car most sites are only a 5 to 30 minutes drive. We can arrange for you to be met at the airport with a rented car. Taxis are reasonable, about 15 euros from the airport. There is live music nearby. A hotel across from us that has a piano bar with jazz and a live entertainment area and welcome non residents.

The terrace is newly tiled and have lounge chairs, barbecue, and garden table and chairs. Near the apartment (2 minute walk) are 3 supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bus stop, car hire, cash machine, public telephones and bank. A beautiful sandy beach is situated within walking distance, about half a mile away, and the main shopping, eating, and entertainment area is about 1 mile. We can arrange car hire pick-up at the airport at a very low rate and any other service you may require; laundry etc.

My husband and I found the apartment lovely situated in a marvelous complex. The pool is magnificant and caters for all ages. The apartment was very clean and provided all our needs including a fully equipped kitchen. Local restaurants wer very good. There is a sea view from the apartment and a short walk down a footbath to a lovely beach. It is great to have a car to explore this wonderful island but not necessary to enjoy your holiday as all needs are within walking distance. We would strongly recommend use of this apartment.

We stayed at this property in summer of 2007 and have been to this complex and same apartment on 2 other occasions.

The property is well set up to a good quality with all the usual home comforts. The complex is one of the best on the island with two superb pools and all the facilities are kept to a very high standard.

The property is ideal for young families. We put the kids in the bedroom so that we could enjoy a glass of wine when they were settled and then we slept in the lounge on a couple of pull out beds which were reasonably comfortable.

We alternated between days around the pool ( where the kids made loads of friends) and days exploring the island's towns and beaches .
Most evenings we would walk into Costa Teguise and enjoy the local restaurants.

This property is ideal for couples or families that enjoy a poolside sun drenched holiday with the bonus of being able to explore the island's beaches and villages at your own pace.

A nice 1 bedroom apartment, easy to get to from the airport and not too far from the road. Set in lovely gardens with pools for both little ones and proper swimmers. Close to several restaurant and shops and not too far from the sea and seafront walk.

The only think that let it down was the fact that there was no satilite tv just a dvd player and tv monitor together with a radio setup - but maybe someone would like to get away from it all for their holiday. Otherwise, clean and tidy with a nice little kitchen and will sleep up to 4.
Owner's Response: We thank Nanny Janet for her review and found her comments to accurately describe our apartment. We do not provide satillite TV as we choose to invest in the accomondation. It is something we may consider in the future but at the moment find that most people go on holiday to enjoy the weather and location. We take exceptional pride in maintaining the property to a high standatd and therefore feel her comments justify a higher rating than the 2 given.
