Orvieto: cottage, built in 1999 100 km from the centre of Roma, 120 km from the centre of Firenze, 60 km from the centre of Perugia. For shared use: grounds. Private: garden, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking by the house. Shop 3 km, grocers 3 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 300 m, swimming pool 5 km. This town of 10000 inhabitants built on the Etrusque foundations, is situated in the picturesque valley dominated by the river. To visit: the Dome (built in 1300), San Andrea church, the peoples palace. Orvieto is situated directly on the side road of the Florence-Rome motorway. The Bolseno lake is 20 km. 3-room house 60 m2, on the ground floor, practical and nice furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace, exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven). Shower/bidet/WC. Reserved parking by the house. Actual prices are billed in euros, the prices displayed are for reference only.
