Two apartments that make up a modern villa, set on a hillside with splendid views of the Gulf of Tigullio. Shared among the guests: swimming pool (4x6) and paved area with cots and deck chairs. The road that links Santa Margherita with all the other famous towns in the area passes in a lower position, approx. 50 m away as the crow flies. Access to the villa by means of a narrow cobblestone drive (1.90 m wide) that is a steep downhill; for large cars there are two reserved parking spaces 200 m from the entrance to the villa (in this case the owners will help with loading/unloading luggage with their small car). For bookings of two or more weeks, three hours of domestic help are included in the price starting the second week of your stay.
