The house is located in a splendid hillside position with a panorama of the city of Florence, which you can reach in just 5 minutes by car. At the guests' disposal: an equipped courtyard in front of the house, an equipped gazebo and a pretty swimming pool (6x12) (open all season), which is occasionally used by the owners. Parking inside the property. DISTANCES: 1 km Galluzzo (all kinds of shops), 5 km Florence, 12 km airport. (90 m2) Gr. fl.: living room (satellite TV)/dining room with cooking area (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedded room, 1 small bathroom with bath (washing machine). On request and upon payment domestic help and midweekly linen change (1 change of towels midweek is included in the price) are available. Central heating. Baby-bed available.
