This delightful house is located in a small square in the characteristic village of Marittima (all kinds of shops). You can easily reach the sea in just few minutes by car. The house's position allows you to easily reach the splendid coast between Otranto and Tricase, characterised by a rocky shoreline which alternates between small inlets and charming caves. DISTANCES: 2 km the sea, 30 km Santa Maria di Leuca, 50 km Gallipoli, 55 km Lecce. (70 m2) Gr. fl.: living room (TV) with double divan bed, kitchen/dining room (freezer, washing machine), 1 double bedroom with small bathroom with shower. The kitchen/dining room and the bedroom have direct access to the equipped courtyard. On request and upon payment possibility of midweekly linen change. Central heating.
