The sea can be reached in just a few minutes by car as well as the small city of Vieste whose historic centre is perched on top of a rocky cliff with a shear drop down to the sea. On the ground floor of the house there is a second apartment which is occasionally used by the owners. DISTANCES: 2 km the sea, 3 km grocery shops, 5 km Vieste (all kinds of shops) where from the harbour you can take boats to the Tremiti islands (1 hour ferry ride), 15-20 km Natural Reserve of the Umbra Forest (very interesting tour from a naturalistic point of view).
