Charming independent barn recently restored situated in panoramic location on the beautiful Tuscan hills. The property has been restored using original materials and has been turned into a nice and comfortable independent house allowing 6 persons. The well-kept garden offers a panoramic swimming-pool and a pergola with a big table for outside dining. The property is situated in a strategic and ideal location to visit both the charming country towns and the famous art cities of Tuscany, like Florence and Siena.
Distances : the small town of San Polo with all kinds of shops 5 km, Greve in Chianti with a nice central square and shops offering excellent local products 12 km away, Florence 15 km, Siena 40 km.
At guests’ disposal : fenced, private garden equipped with chairs, tables, sun-beds and beach umbrellas, private swimming-pool (4 x 8 m – maximum depth 1,5 m – open from 01/04 to 31/10), veranda and barbecue. All of the bedrooms are provided with ceiling fans. Parking within the grounds.
Extra services : maid service available by arrangement € 9,- / per hour (to be paid locally). Cook service for nice Tuscan dinners available on request (payment on the spot), Baby bed available (free of charge). Small pets are allowed by paying an extra cost of € 100,- / per week (to be paid locally).
