Old house with 3 apartments, 3 storeys, in the centre of Osteno 7 km from the centre of Porlezza, 30 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Public parking 30 m on the road. Grocers 100 m, supermarket 7 km, bar 100 m. Shingle beach 300 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. 2-room apartment 50 m2 on 2nd floor: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (oven, deep freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Small balcony. Nice panoramic view of the lake. Actual prices are billed in euros, the prices displayed are for reference only.
