The main house was a time a little abbey of Benedectin Order of which is surviving the gorgeous ancient choir hall. It has been finely restored exalting the ancient features, it gives marvellous moment of relax in a joyous atmosphere of peace and serenity thank its position in one of the more beautiful countryside.
During the summer the property is totally surrounded with expanses of sunflowers, covering the idyllic scenery which, along sweet hills, is vanishing in the horizon.
Inside it finds a romantic and suggestive atmosphere, and outside you can admire the sweet slopes cultivated with olive trees, wine yard and fodder.
The windows are like spectacular pictures embracing the expanses of sunflowers that fade away in the distance till to touch on the lovely promontory where are picking the little medieval villages.
HISTORY:
These lands of the Papal States were dotted with small abbeys and the Friars of this country used to meet in the Choir Hall of this one, where the celestial sounds of Vespers faded away into the vaulted ceiling.
In the XVI century the abbey was bought by a aristocratic family and in the XIX century it was used as farmhouse and in 2003 the new owners finished to restore with great care retaining the ancient features and looking for to learn all about the architectural appearances of this dwelling
