Additional information about rental rates

  • Our local agent is available to deal with any additional requirements i.e. airport transfers. etc. These can be discussed, and costs agreed when booking. Cleaning will incur an additional cost of £75 per stay.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Mid stay cleaning can be arranged directly with our managing agent.
    An initial deposit of 30% of the full rental price is required at the time of booking. The balance of the rental price plus a security deposit of £150 is to be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. The security deposit will be returned within 14 days after the end of the rental period and will be subject o any dmamages incurred during the stay.
  • The apartment is available for short or long term lets. Rates negotiable.

Arguably the photos on the website do not do this property justice. The property is sizeable and all bedrooms are a good size. There is good size terrace on the lower level and a larger terrace on the top level, with sun all day. Both have fantastic views of golf and sea. For tourists that know this coast then a car is essential wherever you stay and is certainly recommended for this property. Booking was easy and was an ideal location for our golf holiday. Recommended!!
